Explanation of Responses:
(1)	The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the reporting person is the beneficial owner of such securities for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or for any other purpose.

Remarks:
The reporting person no longer has a reportable beneficial interest in the 11,261 shares of Class A common stock and the 19,450 shares of Class B common stock owned by his son Lewis R. Holding II and included in the reporting person's prior ownership reports. In addition, the reporting person no longer as a reportable beneficial interest in 19,400 shares of Class A and 13,524 shares of Class B held as custodian under UGMA for his daughter, Barbara and 17,350 shares of Class A and 12,294 shares of Class B held as custodian under UGMA for his son, Lewis.
