Telecorp Inc. Enters Into Multi-Million Dollar Sales Agreement
Agreement With Retail Merchants' Association of Canada Adds to
Bottom Line Revenues
NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Sep 30, 2013) - Telecorp, Inc.
(PINKSHEETS: TLNUF), a leading developer of affordable,
state-of-the-art Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and client
contact software solutions, announced today that it has signed a
major sales agreement with The Retail Merchants' Association of
Canada (RMA).
The Retail Merchants' Association (RMA) is an Ontario based
not-for-profit organization serving the independent retailers in
Canada since 1910. The RMA's mission is to assist independent
businesses and associations to compete and make a profit by
offering programs, such as rebates, coupons and online advertising,
to its members in order to reduce their operating costs.
The RMA has connection to over 75,000 members and, it is
believed that through their marketing channels, as well as their
associate associations, their combined endeavors will allow
Telecorp to secure significant sales and subscriptions in this
partnership's shared revenue model. It is estimated through
group strategies and projections that in three years, this combined
program will generate revenues in excess of $3.5 million. This
conservative estimate is based on obtaining 3,000 to 4,000
subscribers over the course of the 3-year sales
agreement.
The sales agreement with RMA offers to sell core services to all
members of the association. The expanded agreement will also
include partnerships with six more associations to create superior
revenue streams than originally predicted. Beyond the individual
members and each member's satellite locations, and now with this
rejuvenated mandate, Telecorp has added the following association
partners to the sales agreement: Canadian Automobile Association
Programs (CA-AP), Canadian Home Furnishings Association (CHFA),
Federation of Ontario Bed and Breakfast Accommodations
(F.O.B.B.A.), Opticians Association of Canada, Canadian Home
Furnishings Alliance, and Ontario Restaurant, Hotel& Motel
Association (ORHMA).
"RMA is very pleased with our partnership with Telecorp Inc. and
we are elated we can take it to the next step with them. The
exciting suite of services that will be available for our members
and now our associate associations will help all of us reach
targets and forecasts," said Ralph Moyal, President of Retail
Merchants' Association of Canada Inc. "We are extremely excited for
the opportunity that we have before us and I have total faith that
this project will exceed all financial benchmarks we have
forecasted together," he added.
"Our projections, based on numbers presented to us by the
associations and from the RMA, will undoubtedly increase our
exposure opportunities, which means more demonstrations and trials,
and which will subsequently transition into sales," said Paul
Phillips, President and CEO of Telecorp Inc. "More to the point,
the Company will increase revenue expectations by at least 10% and
that figure will increase exponentially over the term of the
agreement," he added.
