Municipal Division contract of the season. This installation in
Pennsylvania for Keystone College represents the first Municipal
Division contract award of 2011. Early indications point toward

consecutive year, Keystone College has
been named one of the most environmentally responsible institutions
of higher learning in the nation by The Princeton Review, a leading
national education publication. This Municipal Division of the
