Ballistic Recovery Systems, Inc. (OTC:BRSI) (BULLETIN BOARD: BRSI)

company, met on March 16th, 2005 and declared a dividend of $.085
per share, payable April 15, 2005 to all common stockholders of
record on April 1, 2005. In his address to shareholders, BRS
