it has granted incentive stock options to employees, directors and consultants
of the Company to purchase up to 2,400,000 common shares in the capital of the
Company pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. The options are
exercisable, on or before July 10, 2019, at an exercise price of $0.31 per
share.
