Sangoma Technologies Corporation (TSX VENTURE: STC) today announced the grant of stock options effective March 31, 2011.

The Company has granted 596,900 options to eight employees of the Company and 200,000 options to four Directors of the Company. These options expire in 5 years, vest over a period from 1 year to 5 years, and have an exercise price of $0.53.
