Pure Global Cannabis Inc. (TSX.V:PURE; OTC: PRCNF)  (the “Company” or “Pure Global”), an integrated growth-oriented cannabis manufacturing company, operating through its wholly-owned subsidiary PureSinse Inc., a Licensed Producer under the Cannabis Act, announces that Mr. Brian O’Neill has informed the Company of his resignation from the Company’s board of directors effective October 16, 2019. Pure Global wishes to express its appreciation to Mr. O’Neill for his services to the Company.

“On behalf of my fellow directors, the Company’s management team and our shareholders, I’d like to thank Brian for the contributions he made during his tenure on Pure Global’s board,” CEO & President, Malay Panchal said. “We are currently evaluating our alternatives and will look to fill the vacant role with a suitably qualified and experienced individual,” Mr. Panchal further added.
