Mart Resources, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MMT) ("Mart" or the "Company") is pleased to
announce that the Company has retained FronTier Consulting Ltd. ("FronTier") as
its investor relations and corporate communications service provider. FronTier
has been retained for a period of six months, and will be responsible for the
dissemination of corporate data packages, broker presentations and
communications, analyst communications and handling of shareholder enquiries
regarding the Company. FronTier will receive CDN $7,000 (plus G.S.T) per month
in remuneration and be reimbursed for all approved expenses. Following the
initial term, the agreement with FronTier may be extended on a month-to-month
basis with the consent of both parties. The agreement is subject to TSX Venture
Exchange approval.
