it will release its financial results for the first quarter of
fiscal 2014 on Tuesday, November 12,
2013, at approximately 8 a.m.

announces that its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be
held on the same day, being November 12, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. (Eastern Time) at its headquarters
located at 330, rue St-Vallier Est, Suite 340, Quebec City (Quebec), G1K 9C5, Canada.

Executive Officer, are pleased to invite shareholders and all other
interested parties to attend the meeting, during which they will
review the results of fiscal 2013 and comment the results of the
