announced today that it has filed a National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101")
Technical Report dated February 25, 2011 (the "Report") with respect to the
Roberts Creelman Property titled "Technical Report NI 43-101 on the RCU
Property, Roberts and Creelman Townships, District of Sudbury, Ontario for
Firebird Resources Inc." The Report was prepared by consulting minerals
geologists Robert G. Komarechka, P.Geo. and L.D.S. Winter, P.Geo, and can be
found on SEDAR at www.sedar.com. Each of Mr. Komarechka and Mr. Winter is a
"Qualified Person" as defined by NI 43-101, and is responsible for preparing the
Report.
