Corporation (the "Company" or "Minco Silver") (TSX: MSV)
(OTCQX: MISVF) reports that the nominees listed in the
management information circular (the "Circular") for the 2016
Annual General Meeting of shareholders held on June 27, 2016 (the "Meeting") were elected as
