Meeting of Shareholders held Thursday, June
29, 2017 in Toronto,
Ontario.
The total number of shares represented by shareholders present
in person and by proxy was 38,409,270 representing 59.72% of Home
Capital's issued and outstanding Common Shares. Shareholders voted
in favour of all items of business, including election of each of
