Bengal Energy Ltd. (TSX:BNG) ("Bengal" or the "Company") announces with much
regret and profound sadness the sudden passing this weekend of Stephen Inbusch,
a director of the Company. Mr. Inbusch had been with Bengal since 2012 and was a
valued member of the board of directors. He will be missed.
