                            Application for listing


The Company announces that application has been made for 14,114 ordinary shares
of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK
Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for
listed securities and it is expected that admission will become effective on 29
May 2003.

The shares had previously been allotted as part of the Company's flotation but
listing had not been applied for.
