                         CORRECTION - LISTING OF SHARES

The following replaces the Issue of Equity announcement released on 22nd May
2003 at 16.38 under RNS number 4621L.  The number of Ordinary shares identified
in the first paragraph as 5,107,850 should have been 5,107,085.  The full
corrected announcement is set out below.



                               Listing of Shares


ServicePower, the established market leader in artificial intelligence based
field service scheduling applications is pleased to announce it has today
conditionally raised #804,365 by way of a subscription by institutional
investors for 5,107,085 Ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares and "the
Subscription") fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares
at a price of 15.75p per Ordinary Share representing a discount of approximately
10% to the current mid market price.

The Subscription is conditional on the admission of the 5,107,085 Ordinary
Shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the
London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities. Application has been
made for the 5,107,085 Ordinary Shares to be so admitted and it is expected that
admission will become effective on 29 May 2003.

The proceeds will be used for the purpose of strengthening working capital.
