-- Shelley Metz-Galloway has joined global consulting firm
Protiviti as a managing director in its Risk and Compliance
practice. Based in the Washington
D.C. area, she serves clients within the financial services
industry focused primarily on matters concerning regulatory
compliance and risk management.
Metz-Galloway brings more than 25 years of experience to the
firm, offering expertise and knowledge of consumer regulatory
compliance and the mortgage business. She also has experience in
business and regulatory performance and risk analytics, strategic
planning, project management, process reengineering, and the
development and execution of strategies to address critical
business needs.
Metz-Galloway recently served as a managing director and leader
of the Regulatory Compliance, Fair Lending and Technology practice
at Treliant Risk Advisors, with a focus on clients in the banking
and insurance industries and the mortgage market. Prior to this,
she gained extensive knowledge of the consumer banking industry
through her role as a vice president at Wells Fargo & Company.
Earlier in her career, Metz-Galloway also held leadership positions
at Fannie Mae and Aetna Life &
Casualty.

Michigan and a bachelor's degree in political science from
Edinboro University of
Pennsylvania.
