Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On June 14, 2022, Planet Labs PBC (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its first fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2022. The Company announced that it will hold a conference call and webcast to discuss these results at 5:00 p.m. eastern time on June 14, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
