The shares will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on October 8, 2009 under the ticker symbol "MG." MISTRAS Group offered 6,700,000 shares of common stock, and selling stockholders, including Thayer | Hidden Creek Partners and Altus Capital Partners, offered the remaining 2,000,000 shares in the offering.
