LifeLock Inc. (LOCK) is in talks to take the identity-theft company private, with final bids due later this month, Bloomberg News reported Friday on its website, citing people familiar with the matter.

Bids from potential suitors, which includes private equity firm TPG, could value the company at about $2 billion, the people told Bloomberg. Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (GS) is working with LifeLock on the matter, the people said.
