Item 8.01 – Other Events.
On May 20, 2022, David Yu resigned from his position as
Executive Vice President and Head of Research of Goldman Sachs BDC,
Inc. (the “Company”), effective August 2022. In addition, on
May 20, 2022, Mr. Yu also resigned from his position as
Executive Vice President and Head of Research of Goldman Sachs
Private Middle Market Credit LLC, Goldman Sachs Private Middle
Market Credit II LLC and Goldman Sachs Middle Market Lending Corp.
II, in each case effective August 2022. Mr. Yu’s resignation
is not the result of any disagreement with the Company.
