Technologies (NYSE: DVMT) will conduct a conference call
April 26, 2018, at 7 a.m. CDT to discuss the impact of the Financial
Accounting Standards Board's (FASB) amended guidance on the
recognition of revenue from contracts with customers, commonly
referred to as ASC 606. FASB issued ASC 606 in May 2014, and Dell Technologies elected to adopt
the new standard effective Feb. 3,
2018, using the full retrospective method, which requires
the company to recast each prior reporting period presented
consistent with the new guidance.
