Constellation Energy Names Kevin W. Hadlock Director - Investor Relations Responsible for Managing Relationships with Shareholders and Analysts BALTIMORE, Nov. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Constellation Energy (NYSE:CEG) today announced that Kevin W. Hadlock has been named director - investor relations, reporting to E. Follin Smith, executive vice president, chief financial officer and chief administrative officer. Hadlock succeeds Jack Thayer, who was recently named managing director - corporate strategy & development. In his new role, Hadlock will be responsible for managing Constellation Energy's relationships with shareholders and analysts. Prior to joining Constellation Energy, Hadlock worked for General Motors Corporation in the New York Treasurer's Office where he gained experience in investor relations, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Hadlock received his bachelor's degree in business management from Brigham Young University and his master's degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
