On May 12, 2022, Blend Labs, Inc. (the “Company” or “Blend”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
