This report on Form 6-K/A amends TiGenix’s report on Form 6-K furnished to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on June 25, 2018 to (i) correct the date of the press release in the description of Item 1, and (ii) include the correct filing signatory, Claudia D’Augusta (Chief Financial Officer and General Manager). Other than these corrections, no part of the Form 6-K filed on June 25, 2018, is being amended.
