On October 23, 2019, TherapeuticsMD, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its estimated financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2019. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
