Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 18, 2022, we issued a press release announcing that the qui tam lawsuit filed by a competitor has been dropped by the plaintiff and dismissed by a federal judge in Texas. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
