Item
8.01 Other Events.
On
May 14, 2021, the Company received a payment in the amount of
$972,222.44 from CTL Corporation as payment in full on the
Promissory Note issued by CTL Corporation in favor of the Company
in the principal amount of $6,000,000, dated October 1, 2018 (the
“Promissory Note”). All outstanding principal and interest on the
Promissory Note have been paid in full and the Promissory Note is
no longer outstanding.
