PAVmed to Hold Business Update Conference Call on May 21, 2020

PAVmed Inc. (Nasdaq: PAVM, PAVMZ) (the “Company”
or “PAVmed”), a highly differentiated, multiproduct medical device
company, today announced that the Company will host a business
update conference call on Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 4:30 p.m.
Eastern time. During the call, Lishan Aklog, M.D., Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will provide a business
update including an overview of the Company’s near-term milestones
and growth strategy. In addition, Dennis McGrath, the Company’s
President and Chief Financial Officer, will discuss first quarter
2020 financial results.
