Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers, Election of Directors, Appointment of Principal Officers

On July 14, 2023, Shervin Korangy informed Motus GI Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”), effective July 14, 2023. Korangy has served on the Board since March 2017. On the date of his resignation, Mr. Korangy was a member of the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Korangy’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement relating to the Company’s policies, operations or practices.
