Micronetics, Inc. (NASDAQ:NOIZ) announced today that the Ku-band transceiver developed by its subsidiary, Microwave Concepts, has been flight certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for aircraft installation. The Ku-band transceiver has been installed on multiple aircraft and is currently undergoing trials with two commercial airlines. During the trials, the airlines will be awaiting final Federal Communications Commission (FCC) approval.
