Financial Services Tech Innovator Wraps up Successful Evaluation with Purchase and Full Deployment to Ensure Compliance with GLBA Privacy Regulations Intrusion Inc. The order comes at the conclusion of a successful evaluation by the California-based financial services company, long recognized as an innovator in IT technologies. Compliance Commander integrates with the credit union's data network to silently monitor all traffic for transmission of unencrypted non-public information (nPI). Typically placed directly behind the financial institution's perimeter firewall, Compliance Commander sits in-line with the traffic monitoring all ports and protocols and instantly blocks illegal transmissions. The system monitors for exact matches of member nPI using Intrusion's innovative Dynamic Data Dictionary (D3) technology, thus generating no false positive alerts. Once a match is detected, Compliance Commander blocks the transmission and reports the violation in real time.
