On November 1, 2022, StoneX Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the acquisition by StoneX (Netherlands) B.V., the Netherlands based subsidiary of the Company, of CDI-Societe Cotonniere de Distribution S.A., a Switzerland-based cotton merchant, and two of its subsidiaries.
