Amount beneficially owned: Dr. Luke Zhang beneficially owns an aggregate of 1,867,164 Common Shares. Such amount includes 503,576 shares of restricted stock that were granted pursuant to the Company’s Amended and Restated Stock Option and Restricted Share Plan. The receipt, in whole or in part, of these restricted shares is subject to the achievement of certain performance targets that have been established by the Company’s Compensation Committee.
