(Holdings) Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: FFHL) ("Fuwei Films" or the

announced the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
(the "Meeting"), which was held on Tuesday,
December 17, 2019 at 9:30 a.m.
(Beijing Time) at Fuwei Films (Shandong) Co., Ltd., No. 387 Dongming Road,
Weifang, Shandong, China.
Holders of 69.01% of the Company's outstanding shares, as of the
record date, November 12, 2019, were
present in person or represented by proxy at the Meeting and
approved the re-election of Mr. Tee Chuang
Khoo as a director, ratified the appointment of KSP Group,
Inc. as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm
for the fiscal year ended December 31,
2019, and approved an amendment to the Company's memorandum
of association and adoption of second amended and restated
memorandum of association to reflect the previously-effected share
consolidation approved at the extraordinary general meeting held on
December 5, 2016.
