eLong Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering of American Depositary Shares BEIJING, Oct. 28 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- eLong, Inc. (NASDAQ:LONG), an online travel service provider in China, announced today that its initial public offering (IPO) of 4,602,547 American Depositary Shares (ADSs), each representing two common shares, has been priced at US$13.50 per ADS. The ADSs have been approved for quotation on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol "LONG" with trading expected to begin at market open on October 28, 2004. The IPO consists of 3,623,235 ADSs offered by eLong and an aggregate of 979,312 ADSs offered by its selling shareholders. The selling shareholders have granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an aggregate of additional 690,383 ADSs to cover over-allotments.
