(NASDAQ:AATK), is leaving the company and an interim president has been announced by the company's board of directors. Presley has held the post since 1999. The board named Erik Wiisanen, current VP - sales and marketing of the company's Omega Metals division to serve as interim chief executive officer. Presley will remain a director until the 2006 annual meeting of shareholders.
