Completion of Acquisition of Parys Snowdon Payroll Services Limited by Staffing
Ventures plc


Having received shareholder approval at its Extraordinary General Meeting held
on 6 January 2004, Staffing Ventures plc is pleased to announce that it has
today completed the acquisition of Parys Snowdon Payroll Services Limited and
its subsidiaries, PS Payroll Services Limited, PS Business Services Limited and
PS Managed Services Limited engaged in the provision of payroll services to NHS
organisations. The admission of the Consideration Shares took place at 8.00am
today.


The Company has successfully placed 10,526,316 new Ordinary Shares of 5 pence
each at 38 pence per share thereby raising gross proceeds of #4.0m. The total
number of ordinary shares of 5p in issue following completion of the Placing and
Acquisition are 23,202,194.


In addition, Staffing Ventures has applied for a change of name to Supporta plc.
The certificate confirming this change of name is awaited and a further
announcement will be made in due course.


The meaning of terms used within this statement should be taken as those defined
within the circular to shareholders dated 5 December 2003.
