Staffing Ventures plc ('Staffing Ventures' or the 'Company')


In the circular to shareholders dated 28 February 2003 and re-iterated in the
Chairman's Statement dated 30 September 2003, the Company has been in
discussions with a number of potential acquisition targets in the outsourced
back-office and payroll services market to complement the existing group of
businesses. The Board of Staffing Ventures is pleased to announce that it has
signed Heads of Terms with a third party which may or may not lead to an
acquisition being made by the Company. The acquisition, if completed, would
constitute a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules.
