Death of non-executive director of SR Pharma plc
London, 23 July 2003 - SR Pharma plc regretfully announces the death of
Professor Tim Chard who was a non-executive director of the company.
Chairman Eric Boyle said: "It is with deep sadness that we announce the death
of Tim Chard on Sunday 20th July. Our thoughts and sincere condolences go out
to his family and friends at this time.
Tim became a director of the company in February 1997 and since then
demonstrated a real commitment to the development of the business. His presence
will be greatly missed by us all."
