PARIS--French construction materials maker Compagnie de Saint-Gobain SA (SGO.FR) said Tuesday it has completed the acquisition of U.S.-based Phoenix Coating Resources.

Phoenix Coating, based in Mulberry, Fl., makes ceramic ingots used to produce high-resistance thermal coatings on metal parts for the aeronautics industry.

The French company didn't say how much it paid for Phoenix Coating.
