Stephen Austen announces that as at 5.00 p.m. on Thursday, 28th August, 2003
64,733 Trace Group Shares had been tendered under the Tender Offer. It is a
condition of the Tender Offer that tenders totalling 151,886 Trace Group Shares
are received by Stephen Austen. Accordingly, the Tender Offer is void.
