Appointment of a director


The Board of Vitesse Media plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Leslie
Copeland as Editorial Director in an Executive capacity with effect from 29 May
2003.


Leslie has been with the Company for over 5 years and was appointed Editorial
Director of Growth Company Investor in 2001. His considerable experience in
editing Growth Company Investor publications will greatly benefit the new
publications produced by Vitesse Media plc. He will also make an important
contribution to the management team.


Mr Copeland has today been allocated 100,000 Share Options @14.5p, in addition
to the 119,394 already held @12.56p, exercisable from 29 May 2006.


Furthermore, Nicola Brookes, Finance Director has today been allocated 50,000
Share Options @ 14.5p, exercisable from 29 May 2006.
