                        NOTIFICATION OF INTERIM RESULTS



Epic Group plc, the UK's leading e-learning company, will announce Interim
Results for the six months to 30 November 2003 on Tuesday 3 February 2004.

There will be a briefing and buffet lunch for analysts on the morning of the
results at 11.45am at Tower 42, 25 Old Broad Street, London, EC2.

Due to the high security policies at the venue, admittance to the presentation
