~Texas Instruments DLP(R) HDTV Will Become 'Official High
Definition Television' of Certain ISC Facilities~ DAYTONA BEACH,
Fla., Oct. 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- International Speedway
Corporation (NASDAQ:ISCA) (OTC:ISCB) (BULLETIN BOARD: ISCB) ("ISC")
today announced it has signed a multi-year sponsorship agreement
with Texas Instruments ("TI") DLP(R) Products, wherein DLP HDTV
will become the "Official High Definition Television" technology of
the following ISC facilities: Daytona International Raceway;
Talladega Superspeedway; Michigan International Raceway; Phoenix
International Raceway; Homestead-Miami Speedway; Kansas Speedway;
Martinsville Speedway; Watkins Glen International; and Darlington
Raceway. Through the agreement, which runs through 2008, TI will
highlight their DLP technology with at-track hospitality, themed
advertising, promotion and/or other mutually agreed to marketing
support. "This agreement demonstrates the growing interest from
high-technology companies in ISC's premier motorsports facilities,"

HDTV technology at several of our facilities, TI will be able to
reach consumers across the country through at- track marketing
