March 12, 2020, John Mauldin resigned from the AgeX Board of Directors, informing us that he was doing so in order to maintain
his independence as a director of our subsidiary Reverse Bioengineering, Inc. (“Reverse Bio”) and to focus his efforts
on building Reverse Bio to pursue AgeX’s ITR technology.
