Item 8.01. Other Events

The Board of Directors of Macy’s, Inc. (“Macy’s”) took action on February 29, 2024 to schedule the annual meeting of the Macy’s stockholders on May 17, 2024. The Board also took action to set the record date for stockholders to vote at such meeting to be March 21, 2024.
