Item 8.01 Other Events.

Arax Holdings Corp. (“Registrant”) has been working closely with the auditors to complete the fiscal year-end annual report to be filed shortly. Complicated rules around GAAP reporting Subtopic 985-20 require specific details that have required additional work from the team.
