Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 19, 2024, Donald Brown informed NiSource Inc. (the “Company”) that he will depart the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer effective on or before May 1, 2024 (the “Separation Date”). The Company will file subsequent disclosure when the terms of the respective separation are finalized.
