Item 5.07			Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders

(a) On August 17, 2023, Pyxus International, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2023 annual meeting of shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”).

(b) At the Annual Meeting, the matters submitted to a vote of shareholders, and outcome of the vote, were as follows:

1.Each of John S. Alphin, Jamie J. Ashton, Patrick J. Bartels, Jr., Robert D. George, Cynthia P. Moehring, J. Pieter Sikkel and Richard J.C. Topping was elected as a director for a one-year term expiring at the 2024 annual meeting of shareholders;

2.The appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company’s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024 was ratified; and

3.A resolution to approve, on an advisory basis, the compensation paid to the Company’s named executive officers, was adopted.
