Item 8.01. Other Events

On September 13, 2022, Dyadic International, Inc. (“Dyadic” or the “Company”) issued a press release updating the market on recent scientific achievements.

In connection with such scientific achievements, the Company will present this data to the World Health Organization on September 14, 2022 and post its presentation entitled “Rapid, efficient low-cost monoclonal antibody production for LMICs” on the Company’s website at www.dyadic.com under the “Investors” tab.

Representatives of Dyadic will use the presentation or certain slides in the presentation in industry conferences, investor conferences and investor meetings from time to time. A copy of the presentation is also attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
